Hot hot hot

What a spectacular day! The sun shone absolutely all day.

It was a bit cold taking off from blairmore this am but by the time we got to the US border we had to remove a layer or two of clothes

We found Sandpoint early afternoon and headed directly to the beach for a couple hours we easily found a hotel and a great littlemexican restaurant for dinner. It definitely feels like summer vacation.

We learned a couple of things about motorcycling today. 1. Always ensure your camera is strapped to your wrist when taking photos from the back seat of the bike. 2. There are really only 4 different positions to sit on the bike in (they vary only slightly by positioning the butt cheeks). 3. If you can't find the key, its most likely in the ignition. 4. Converting from kilometers to miles per hour takes more math than either of us are willing to do. 5. I can sing out loud to my ipod and not interfere with our microphone system .

Ahhhh....summer...
